The British Empire has noticed that Austria-Hungary possesses the bounties of Air Conditioning and yet, is still blind to the Theory of Relativity. As one of Britain's prime trade partners, Britain would like to extend out to Austria-Hungary and propose an exchange of the technologies with the stipulation that Austria-Hungary should join Britain and Frances Technology trade as our Domestic researcher. What say you Austria-Hungary.

I would accept but I have a condition. One must realize that the Domestic subtree takes months (weeks) to research just one technology. It is a very generous on your end and I appreciate that. I need compensation for the chance that while I'm spending these ample amounts of time on one technology, Franca and Britain lap me in the Military and Science subtrees.
Such insurance could include one of the following:
-A sea-access province in Britain's territory or France's. Choice of the native party.
-An agreement that if Austria-Hungary ever declares or is declared on, Britain will side and declare alongside Austria-Hungary's faction.
-A navy to be built for Austria-Hungary, numbers can be discussed at a later date.
-15% of France's or Britain's territory will be given to the Austro-Hungarian name, but the native population will emigrate and an Austrian population will have to settle.

France would gladly allow an Austro Hungarian province if we could also establish one along the Black Sea for trade with the Ukraine. Also considering we are under your protection, we will side with you on any conflict.

If Britain would be as considerate as France in standing up for Austria-Hungary, I can provide two locations instead of just one.
If I am given sea-access provinces, one in Britain and one in France I will grant a province overlooking the Adriatic Sea and another bordering the Black Sea. These provinces would then be split in half, allowing British and French rule.
(Note, these will not provide resources.)

Britain will accept the offer of siding with Austria-Hungary in their predicaments and, along the same lines, would like to work in cooperation with Austria-Hungary and France on the production of a grand combined navy for use by each of our nations. Both of these terms are found acceptable to The British Empire. We will also favor the land exchanges as trade ports for Austria-Hungary and France and We ourselves as described. What say Austria-Hungary and France?

As long as it's used for peacekeeping operations (i.e. The current raiders in Portugal, humanitarianism, etc) I am fine with such navy. I will adequately fund my third of the building and maintenance process.
As for the current deal, I shall sign.

( the navy is actually only each of our individuals navies, but when you consider our pacts, they are forced to act as one all in coalition with each other or else we are bound to attack each other for pact breaking, we were just making it official(this way it also matches the story of Portugal coming between Austria Hungary and Britain which is what we want to prevent in the future), the land gain is a gesture of trust alone, no resources or population is exchanging hands thereby, the technology is the only real exchange, hence the name of the thread "technology".)
