Rumors have been heard throughout France that has caused the government to become slightly concerned with the quickly rising power of the Ukrainian Empire.

There is no reason for your concern. After the new upcoming leader, Heimdal, has claimed the Greek area, I have lost population, land, and resources. I still am not a world power, I only own 3 areas, whilst Zuzu owns 4. Again, no need for concern, the Austrian-Hungarian Empire (Ceres) has been watching my growth carefully.

3 areas is a rather large feat indeed, 4 areas even more so, perhaps you are right, perhaps zuzu is getting a little strong over there. My concerns would have been naught except for this one simple fact of territory claim.....
At present nothing need be done but I would like to recognize that Europe is splitting apart. Two cohesive alliances are clearly in the making and, perhaps, the future may be troublesome indeed. Let us rather enjoy our peace now, however, as one would the calm before the storm. After all, who knows how long it will last.....

I support Ukraine's expansion. The nation is doing what is best for it's people. May I remind you that your nation's have also been hard at work expanding its borders.

I said very little on Ukraine, and a closer reading will show that I speak for peace in the name of all of our past expansions that we are all guilty of. As I said, nothing need be done about this, and lets enjoy our peace, cause who knows how long it will last with all these possibly reckless knew players joining in.

((Getting new players is almost like a game of Russian Roulette. There is like a ratio when it comes to Nation RP players. Out of ten people, 2 will be realistic, 6 will be war hungry, 2 will object to all rules and ignore everything you say. Ceres... I hope your ready for the ones I mentioned last.. Those are painful...
