The Swiss Empire is researching Electricity. (4 days) The Technology Tax has not been implemented yet. As of this status, it is a work in progress according to the Overview Page, Moderation List. The technology started to be researched at 11:09 pm and will be done at roughly 11:09 PM Tuesday. If there is a need of a technology tax and it has been implemented, Switzerland will gladly pay it and move along into the next field of research to advance the empire.

just a quick note, the amount of days are in real life, so if you started today, it will be finished on Tuesday. And i guess the page hasnt been updated, however the tech tax has been implemented. have a look at the suggestions page and the very end of the 'New Research Design' thread. it is explained there.

Did you get electricity from Italy then? Note: you have to make public your trades and such, if you want to have a secret allince, feel free, but exchanges of techs and resources must be stated in order to count and it helps if we can see the full deal so please avoid the private message deals, private messages are only for technical problems in the game or reminders for players to perform certain required actions.
