Since Switzerland just became a country, we need help to advance our country to the present-time technologies of the powerhouses in Western and Eastern Europe. We, the people of Switzerland are willing to negotiate anything from resources to money to have our hands upon technology. However, we will not start an alliance as we do not want to be involved in a possible world conflict or world war of any sorts in Europe. War is not the solution to the problems of Europe. Instead, peaceful trading is the answer to the economical problems of Europe.

Well, we already have electricity.. Maybe we can make an investment in your nation. We will provide you a science tech for every domestic tech you give us. All we have in that realm of tech is electricity. So, I think out of such an agreement our nations will both benefit.

It helps me catch up with the science race as we are a nation that wants to further advance our scientific understandings of the world. Currently, we are working on Air Condition. That is a drop in the bucket, but science will solve problems instead of create problems for Switzerland. So we have a technology pact deal? |

Electricity is as far as we got. Ukraine and I have a tech deal in which he works on military techs, while I work on Science ones. Maybe you can join the tech trade on the domestic end. If you are interested.
