As per Austro-Hungarian rule over the Strait of Gibraltar, France loses the resources Oil and Nickel from Ukraine.

On a domestic note, civilians and officials of French status currently housed inside our Empire will be imprisoned as the French embassy will be refitted into a holding prison alongside first-rate criminals. This would also include all workers inside your (now ours) Adriatic Sea province.
