A butler bows and introduces himself to the guests who just arrived at Vienna Station. His fellow workers unload and take the honoreds' luggage. "I am, Jonas Konstantin, the most esteemed of service for Ceres," his accent is very heavy. "I trust the ride did not take away your legs. Come, come, I will show you. The Austrian people work for all," a glare at Duke Hilario occurs, "Unlike some." The Duke offers no notice to this declaration as the group continues to emerge off the station platform onto a lobby below. Out the grand windows, ornate carriages wait for their passengers and the tour to begin.

While the passengers begin boarding onto the open-top carriages, Konstantin unfolds a large parchment and unveils an engraving pen. He carefully checks up the attendees as he whispers under his breath. "Duke Hilario... of course. Vonstructz, Demosthanes of Ukraine... Van il Morino. German-" He locates Klopstock of Germany, "Emperor Klopstock, it is truly an honor to be in your presence. I thank y'for what you did for your people back home, my family included." Konstantin offers his hand, "I thank you, good sir." Emperor Klopstock is assisted onto the carriage as Konstantin moves forward to the front. "Along with being your tour guide, I am also a famed handler! I'll take you to all the precious jewels of Austria-Hungary, that are located in this city."

(Follow, all further posts occur on the date of the Summit) The carriage slows forward following along a cobblestone road. Von Structz begins a string of small-talk, most of which pertains a cocky approach towards Structz's ability over his subjects. Il Morino remains quiet, and doesn't wish to argue with his dogmatic brother-in-law.

Demosthanes, being who he is, observes the conversation closely for any key information that may reveal clues about who Structz really is.

Structz reaches into his coat and reveals a small, thin bottle of ale, "Just to relax the senses, I have never been fond of trains." He takes a sip, caps the bottle and places it back into his interior pocket. "May I remind you that you've already had too much for yourself during the ride. Under the doctors orders, I advise you not to have anymore, no matter how sickly you may feel." Note: Structz has repeated liver failure. He drinks for the short-term, not the long term. He is nowhere near a drunken state

All the while, Konstatin, has been explaining the various sites the tour was passing. It begin with the name, and the description of the location and it's history. "And if you look starboard, there'll be a building nearing the end of the street. The dark wood one with the deck to the canal, hefty doors and few windows. That's the second community center for those displaced due to violence in the home, a disaster, or anything alike the sorts. The first was burned down, arson, we're led to believe." He would speak over his right shoulder, but in no way knew that some of his passengers were not paying attention. The tour lasted a few hours, and wrapped around the central district of Vienna in a crescent shape alongside the main canalway, the tour carriage came to rest upon one of the stone bridges that marked entry into the state affairs district. Below that stone bridge, was a famous restaurant, renowned for their butchery and filleting skills that served fresh lunches with their keepsake quality. The group is escorted inside and led to a curving stairwell, it's exit upon a deck on the nearby canal. "Next on the agenda is Hassezjungen's. A well enjoyed establishment in Vienna. I hope you enjoy yourselves, I have some business to attend to back at the state building and will be back in a hour. The offices are only a block away if I am needed. These men can escort you." Three Austrian men are already on the deck, distinguished by uniforms. Konstantin climbs up a different set of stairs that lie on the outside of the building and crosses a singular, thin wooden bridge underneath the stone one above it to enter the state district. The state district houses the courthouses, financing and the aristocracy of Austria-Hungary. The state district is considered one of the most scenically beautiful of all of Europe and houses many visitors a year. A waiter emerges from the Hassezjungen building and hands each guest a menu, listing all the delicacies the restaurant has to offer such as various smoked sausages, beef sandwiches of the gourmet quality, baked Atlantic cod or foreign salmons.

Joseph Klopstock is impressed with Austro-Hungarian hospitality. He really enjoyed the meal, and the wonderful tour. He is still looking forward to the leaders talking with each other on important events. Preferably he wanted to discuss the Mediterranean conquest of Sicily, and wonder what is happening there.

One of the Austrians respond, "It's probably dealing with those Slavics in the south. But I couldn't tell you for sure. There has been a declaration that we're bringing these new "airships" over. I've seen one, their huge-don't understand how they work though." Another guardsman speaks, but in Austrian. "Right, anyways, when you're finished up here, we'll be taking this group across that wooden bridge", he points, "It'll lead to a garden area and from there, a few pathways towards the aristocracy's housing. I believe we're taking you to the house of Ceres, there should be a meeting on the international level, inside."

After the luncheon ends, the same Austrian guardsman speaks, "When the group is able and ready, I have been informed to take you across the canal and onto the streets of the wealthy upper-class and aristocracy. Please stand up when you are ready to depart." After a few minutes, with the group, the guard leads the way. The other two follow closely in the back as protection for the delegates. The bridge that Konstantin crossed was antique but sturdy and able to accommodate three persons wide. On the other side of the canal laid a tight street that twisted at the end, it held a few woodworking shops and housing but nothing in comparison to what would be seen further in the district. A steep stone staircase was able to take them back to the street level, Von Structz was aided by the guards being as frail as he was. At the exit of the stairway, another garden was present, a path directly showed the avenue that went over the stone bridge, three guards were openly blocking it, facing the street. The only other implied route was a path that cornered around the garden at a slight incline. "Come, come. It's a 10 minute walk." The pathway followed had few exits, all guarded and blocked, there was one "true" route. The deeper along the group went, the more culture and variety they were exposed to. The path also gradually increased in elevation. There was hardly the appearance that these buildings were lived in, they seemed empty but well kept. No citizens were seen. About 12 minutes in, the posse reaches another staircase, carved into the path and simply extending its incline. After the new set of stairs, the guardsman encouraged them to keep going, as the event was being held just a few more alleyways away. Doing such, they were now curving around elaborate houses with Austrian flair and an ornate church before reaching sight of the mansion of Ceres. It was perfectly situated at the end of the street at the highest elevation in the district. It reached three whole stories, a rarity in the city; made of brick, granite and stone. A iron fence gate was lifted to enter the southern facing yard that was full of beautiful foliage and trimmed brush. A knock on the back-door led to Konstantin's return, as he greeted each delegate individually as they stepped inside.
