A deal that might be beneficial to us both would be the deal the British, Austro-Hungarian, and French are doing. Each of them works on one branch of the tech tree, and share it with one another. Since they have filled up all their slots on who would be in charge of one tree, we could start our own tech cooperation. I would be in charge of researching the science branch, and then you would be in charge of the military branch. We would have to research domestic techs ourselves until a new player join and wants to join our little tech agreement. What say you?

Switzerland wants to exchange Domestic Technologies in exchange for Military and Science from both Germany and Ukraine. The people of Switzerland are already in a technology agreement with Germany for Science technology. The people of Switzerland want to offer this to the leader of Ukraine to help advance his empire so that we can compete with Western Europe. |
