With the recent addition of Ireland to our great empire, We've no longer a need for your copper. We wish to change the terms of our agreement to be that of our British tin for your Austro-Hungarian oil. What says the Austro-Hungarian Empire?

The British Empire would like to offer Austria-Hungary access to silver for the remainder of the RP year for 250,000 population and an optional stipulation (chance if you want it, like that of a reservation) to repeat this trade without revision for the next RP year as well.

(A fair interpretation, i guess by that logic, the only way to trade population would be to trade military population such as hiring out mercenaries. However, I was thinking more along the lines of him allowing the population that left the small area in the adriatic sea that was given to me as a port, to return and live on except under my control instead.)
((and who knows, maybe one of these countries wants to believe in slavery, probably not mine but who knows, your fine ideals probably dont encompass nor correspond to everyone elses'.))
