We at The British Empire appreciate your gift of Steam Power III, and through your invitation to come visit your grand empire, we can see that you are a polite nation and so, we wish to continue to contribute to such continued excellence, however, we do also believe in fair trade. Your empire's silver is no longer of use to us, we would, instead, like to offer you the continued supply of tin in exchange for the small province of Denmark. Whatever your answer, we will no longer be supplying tin to The German Empire in exchange for silver. What says The German Empire?

The deal will not work, Denmark is just simply too valuable to give away in trade. How about this proposal.
We provide The British Nation with the secrets of Relativity (Only nation that has it so far is me, and it takes 10 days to research. Those 10 days are now freed up for you to research other things.)
In exchange for the resource of tin for this year. When the year reaches 1901, we will provide another advanced technology to the British Empire. Consider the trading of Tin to be an investment into technologies that you won't have to spend time researching.
OR
I trade you Copper for your Tin. (You don't seem to have that resource yet)

My nation already possesses copper through our Unification with Ireland, but I do believe that research would be a fair way to trade for a resource that will allow your nation to further its research at an accelerated rate. So my counter-offer is your revealing of the technologies of Theory of Relativity and Airships in exchange for access to Britain's tin for the remainder of the 1901 year.

((The resource page doesn't have a list for Ireland resources. So I don't think you have copper yet... Hmm the deal will work.

To put this into perspective, this will allow The German Empire access to the tin resource for a 36 day period and Britain access to the equivalent of 14 research days, which given that it is in exchange for a 36 day period, only equals an extra .38(repeating) research days every RL day. The reconciliation for such a small amount being gained is, of course, the immediate gratification of the technologies instead of the 10 day and 4 day wait respectively. It would seem a rather fair trade indeed if you so choose to accept it.
