Recent quarrels pecked at our once great relationship. I think we should repair some broken ties, and see if we can't reach the cooperation we once had. In order to do so, we need to have a a diplomatic meeting between our leaders. Would you be interested?

Ceres has been in Prague for the previous three nights with a majority of his advisers. In the Zerninbourzg building, a large elaborate, tourist-trap that what was used to be a bank. Now it's a museum, that decorates the economic process and progress of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Ceres and his fellow state members conduct business in the vault, it's door safety removed but well guarded as he awaits Klopstock's arrival. There's a rounded-edge table at the middle which Ceres is sitting at with no other chairs around, one of his workers pours him a glass of wine as he continues reading the evening paper. His advisers constantly are discussing foreign expansionism and how it's a threat but in his mind, Ceres knows that everyone has their morals, everyone has their own clock and will always give into reasoning and statistics. But the logistics issue is his primary focus. By spreading his Empire wide, it costs more for resources to reach point A to point B. It is not that the economy cannot naturally handle such but the loyalty and happiness of the people is the direct result of the money they make. And if they're spending extra money due to how long it takes to ship a brand new, handcrafted study table from Bulgaria to the governor's mansion in Spain, that's a real problem. Again, not that it is hurting anyone currently, but the people shouldn't have to spend 8% more on a general item that they can buy for cheaper in France, Germany or Ukraine. Ceres lays out the paper and removes his pen from his inner coat pocket, writing down all the numbers and drawing a map of all the major port cities.

Inside, Klopstock finds a variety of tourists, children being led by museum workers on tours, guards placed near the few displays, and one lone artist on the second floor; sketching the scene outside the window of the Germans arrival. There is one lone sign with red lettering in the middle of the lobby, with floorplans drawn upon it along with a red line indicating the route to take, "Welcome, Klopstock! In the box below you will find a pamphlet regarding the museum and its various properties (translated to German) to view after the meeting. Please follow the map's route below."

((Sorry for late posts, I have been busy studying for finals (Still am) But I have some time now))
Klopstock couldn't help but smile, he hadn't been to a Museum in a while, and certainly didn't expect to be visiting one today. He took a pamphlet and followed the route provided. Nearby tourists and visitors noticed the German Emperor walking casually through the museum, followed by advisors and guards. The site looked almost comical, it all seemed out of place.
Klopstock continued to follow the designated path, and reached the room where he was supposed to meet Ceres. Before entering, he knocked, he didn't want to appear rude after all.
