*The English ship carrying the leader of Britain approached the dock of Stralsund. There waiting at the dock was Emperor Klopstock, with his guards and advisors close to him. It was a nice cool Summer morning in Germany, perfect for a carriage ride to Berlin. The ship pulled to a dock, and out stepped the British leader. Klopstock walked up the dock to great the honorable man.* Klopstock: Ahh. Glad to see you have made it! Welcome to Germany! *Extends for a handshake.* How was your trip? ((Well then let us cut to when we are at the meeting itself. We watched a fantastic parade and all that stuff.
Klopstock: Now, I have heard about your three nation alliance with Austria Hungary, the French and your nation. I for one that the deal was really hasty, and quick. It all happened rather fast. What was your idea behind it? I for one do feel threatened about this alliance.

We in The British Empire felt that progress was slow and decided to advance the quality of life for our people at a more accelerated rate, and France was simply our closest friend.
(this was also inspired by your navy idea seeming as france and britain share waters so a pact would be the most sensible way to prevent friction through naval affairs and i thought that i might as well kill two birds with one stone and make it a tech pact that our navies would work to protect, since we both basically became assets to each other.)
And with Austria-Hungary being our prime trade partner, it was only reasonable to want to better each other mutually. Thus our grand pact was formed and our nations are prospering greatly.
(this bit was also inspired by your navy idea with respect to portugal and trade with the austro-hungarian empire, a pretty interesting twist, but its ok cause your gaining another player as well and then all others past that can form even more nation pacts, and then we can form pacts between these groups as well and it will be sweet to try and attempt to follow the politics and military of it, i mean, it is only natural for sects to form, hence the UN and the League of Nations and the Grande Alliance, and every other world power house, if it is too out of context for you though, perhaps something can be done to limit its effects or something.)

Your intentions seem to be fair, but we the German people, would like to form a non agression pact with each of the nations in your pact. This will put us at ease more than anything else.

Given your Non-Aggression status with Austria-Hungary, we will give you your pact, we cannot, however, speak on behalf of France and their future prospects. Is there anything else before I depart back to the Empire.
