During the initial grab for power all those years ago in 19th century Germany, Emperor Klopstock fought off the ruling family and succeeded. After decades of constant feuding, Wilhelm II, retreated to a life of seclusion in Austria-Hungary. Now he has returned, and is gaining public notice as a supporter of Klopstock. His intentions are unknown but he is influencing Klopstock's popularity, currently, for the better. Germany gains +8% in their popularity rating (More on the rating later.)

Klopstock feels a bit concerned about Wilhelm's sudden support of Klopstock. He wonders if it is a possible ploy to establish ties within the German government once more. However, Wilhelm has increased the Germanic peoples approval of Klopstock, which will benefit him greatly. He has decided to have a meeting with Wilhelm, and discuss what the intentions of his sudden return.

Wilhelm accepts, however, this meeting must be public. "Perhaps, at a German cafe in Berlin? Your choice", He replied in the letter.
(OOC= I believe this is a play to give him a good retirement since he lost power so many years ago.)

Klopstock is happy to oblige, but there will be guards present at the cafe. The cafe will be emptied of any that isn't staff of cafe. The windows of the cafe will not be covered, and people are free to look inside. This is all just precaution.

The scene reveals Klopstock at the middle of the building, eagerly awaiting his guest. Two guards part outside the main doorway, allowing Wilhelm to enter. "Ah, isn't it my dear friend!"

Wilhelm glances around, obviously disgusted with the decor, "Quite... modern-esque, chap." He then glares at his cup of morning brew, "Especially with this weak of a drink."

He pushes back the drink and signals one of the staff. (Also, important note! This is supposed to have a positive outcome  Wilhelm will be hard at times, I blame his age) |
