For the reasons of growth, prosperity, and trade. Airships will be sent to survey the Latvia/Lithuania area. If everything checks out then troops will be deployed to capture and claim the land for the Ukrainian Empire. A successful capture of the Latvia/Lithuania lands will also open of trade into the Baltic Sea.
If you are willing to help with the invasion of Latvia/Lithuania for a portion of the land, population, and trade, please talk to me.

Aright, sure, how much will this speed the process? I think we would get the technology immedietly. I would say it's instantaneous. As simple as handing over a steam train to Demosthanes, and Demos handing a small generator to Zuzu. The way I interpret it, is that if your trading tech's the other party would inform you how to use it and modern technology does not take too long to enter one's nation. Like a new Apple product, all of a sudden everyone in the nation wants that new fancy Tech |

Recon [airships] has come back with good information that the armies of Latvia/Lithuania are not strong enough to repel a strong attack. The invasion of the Latvia/Lithuania area will proceed as planned. Airships will be used to scout progress and keep tabs on enemy movement. The enemy should be rolled over quickly and effortlessly. Let the invasions begin

The Ottoman Empire is on the other side of the Black Sea. Controlling the Ottoman Empire would give the Ukrainian Empire almost full control of the Black Sea. The war should be completed by the end of the week (today *remember one real day=5 RP days) my forces have pushed through the defenders with relative ease. Due to our nations being very close allies, Ceres, of the Austrian-Hungarian state will be taking some of the spoils of war. The city of Istanbul and the land to the west will become territory under Ceres' rule. Everything to the east of Istanbul will be under my control and will be part of the Ukrainian Empire. |
