and what of the population that immigrated instead? will they be disregarded as void since in reality they are? am i reading right or wrong here? someone please answer cause im not even sure anymore.....

I remember now! Okay, so what I was discussing earlier in the day (I have a bad memory), over the course of time if you've been checking the maps, Greece has been slowly, naturally annexing the weaker Slavic Empire. I believe I discussed that the Slavic Empire currently retains a population of 2.5 million and Greece 7.5 million from said annexation.
So what we can do, Ukraine gains the 2.5 million of extra population, leaving Greece with 5 million. The Slavic Empire will still stand at 2.5 million persons

The small fight against the Slavic empire has been won. The coast will go to Austria-Hungary (Ceres) and the mainland to me, due to a prior deal.
