Note that no lives end in the transfer of a paper detailing possession. I never said that we wouldn't stop expanding, I stated that Austria-Hungary would no longer fight and conquer other territories for population and power. Instead, while other nations are conquering and fighting one another, we will expand in the civilized manner, by economics. Once nations realize that might does not equal right, then they will see how we see.
Other nations gain their right of other territories by conquering them, we exercise our right by buying them as land is a material, buyable and sellable. Militaries clashing is of no concern to us as we are neutral in the matter, business should always be separate from war.

Do to the fact that Greece is very remote, and surrounded by the Ukrainian Empire (Demosthanes) and the Austrian-Hungarian empire (Ceres). I will be sending my best and brightest to the region to discuss a merge of Greece into the Ukrainian Empire. The Research of Propaganda will help to switch the people over to my side. There will be better protection from foreign threats, a larger population with more land to settle on, and the merge will help to grow the economy of the whole world. My men will begin the journey tomorrow at Dawn. Peace be with all. Demosthanes out.

After some convincing from friends and family, people who have left their countries after the wars have returned. Their families have grown somewhat and will be added back onto the population. The population of the Ukrainian will rise to 15,100,500

(i am curious if this action is allowed. i was under the impression that the population only changes once a year with the percent increase, during the addition of another territory, or if conflict claims the lives of your people...)

i think you just read that wrong zuzu. his population will increase TO 15M, not by 15M.

(If you convert population to leave one country for yours, I see that as legal. But, Greece would hate you for it because you're "stealing". Therefore, continuing to try and encourage emigration could result in war. For what Greece is worth, statistically, they would lose.) I downloaded a plugin to allow spoilers! |

Due to the fact that the Slavic Empire is completely surrounded and has no access to any form of water, i will be sending a small amount of troops to claim the land for the Ukrainian Empire. A deal has been Discussed between Ceres and I that when the land is under my control, he will get the land that touches the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, he will gain 1,500,000 in population and i will gain the other 3,500,000. the distribution of resources will be to the benefits of both our nations. Let the invasions Begin.

(just a question here, but since you already gained some population from greece, wasnt there no longer a full 5 mill to be gained anymore. shouldnt you only gain the 5 mill minus what you already gained there? or did i misinterpret your earlier actions?)
edit: not a super big deal but worth discussing i think, hope it doesnt sound like im being picky or anything like that

The actions in Greece were a persuasion to get the Greek to join me voluntarily, although, Heimdal just joined and as soon as ceres makes his folder, he will be part of the game and i will lose control of the land. I will be taking control of the Slavic area for their own good.

that wasnt really my question, i referring to your previous gain of greek population, which would drop greece to less than 5 mill population, and then you took greece and gained the full 5 mill population on top of what you already gained, which couldnt have happened if you already gained some of that 5 mill earlier, or again i ask, am i wrong about any of these statements?

I agree, but how did Greece grant 5 million population if it didn't even have that much to start with when it was taken, due to Ukraine's former population immigration from Greece? Shouldn't that have lowered Greece's population to less than 5 mill? That is my question.

Cause, the way i see it, and please correct me if im wrong, but i think that Ukraine gained more than 5 mill population from a 5 mill population country (greece).
